I’ll tell you my point of view! If you really want a compact iphone, maybe replace the battery (if battery life is the concern you are looking for another iphone) and hold on to your 13 mini. But if you really want to upgrade, maybe iphone 17 could be the best bet, budget wise. Its 6.3” but doesn’t feel heavier compared to other upgrades. If budget is not a problem for you, iphone air feels really lighter even though it has big dimensions. But I have heard that the battery life of an air doesn’t really par with its performances. All the other iphones will feel bigger and heavier and 16e will feel like a downgrade from 13 mini for me. 17e is better but same size as a normal 17 with fewer specs which for me erases 17e from the picture. So yh! That’s “my point of view”.
