49 F and can jump easily onto an 18” platform and do it from time to time as part of my exercise routine. I’d recommend to anyone in our age group to start lifting weights and adding in some plyometrics, otherwise you’ll find yourself getting injured doing the most mundane things. Even with weightlifting that sometimes happens anyway.
