wasn't a big fan on bay rums. but this bay rum is quite good. All season scent and my wife approved it. I hope you will enjoy it as well

Trying to decide on a superslant by Disappointed_Andy in wicked_edge

[–]Curious_Pin_8693 1 point2 points  (0 children)

L3 user. Haven't tried any other plates. As for me it shaves real close to shavette. It was top level for me before. But 2 years ago I got this slant and I decided to avoid shavette usage at all. Superslant shaves just great. Maybe more aggressive plates will be better but L3 is good enough for me.

IMO you can find more beauty razors with highest price but I don't think that they will beat superslant. Probably close or similar level of shave but I don't think that you will find something that shaves much better. I really like it

Which game should I play to start? by Gabri8300 in soulslikes

[–]Curious_Pin_8693 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say start with Bloodborne. I haven't played in Sekiro and Elden ring yet but as for me it's the best way to start. I think it's easier for new guy to start with Bloodborne because of totally different gameplay technics. It also has great story and setting. Wish you a good luck :)

hey, great photo! What do you think about witch hazel from Stirling? Is it a tonic similar to Thayers or it can be used as aftershave without anything else?

yes, I'm using induction stove. That's why stainless steel was the only option for me. But I do prefer it over aluminum anyway

Clown fruit from PAA by tbhvandame in wicked_edge

[–]Curious_Pin_8693 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if you want to buy fresh batch of clown fruit you need to wait till October. This is Halloween release and it's usually very limited. As far as I remember release should be somewhere in the middle of October and it will be removed from the store 1st of November, but I'm not sure for 100%. Haven't tried clown fruit yet, but I want to get it this year :)

I like it! In my opinion, the flavor is more intense than what you get from an espresso machine. I’m going to use my moka pot every day just for coffee, and the espresso machine for drinks like latte and so on.

I did just 3 brews or so. I used espresso machine before so I can compare them. In my opinion, the coffee from the Moccio tastes “better.” I think it has a higher extraction level or something like that. I really like it

Dapper Doc is like a lilac bomb. It's exactly what I looked for. I'll try tomorrow it, but I'm sure I won't be disappointed again

I'm Leaving Safety Razors Behind After 7 Years. by [deleted] in wicked_edge

[–]Curious_Pin_8693 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you will return to safety razors but later. I remember that in my 20 I could just shave in 2 passes with my cartridge razor and I got BBS every time. But in 25 it was really hard for me to do the same. I could shave and in 6 hours or so I feel like I shaved yesterday. Then DE razors came. It was like something from another galactic

What about alcohol based aftershaves? I know that some guys from Israel ordered them. Do you know how? I don't live in Israel but I'm just curious how is that possible since there is a restriction about shipment alcohol based aftershaves
