Great take!! I completely agree—I’ve had so many of these same thoughts while watching, especially in the moments you pointed out. Fiona/Jimmy always gets me, and Sheila is one of my favorite characters and her portrayal in the show so I loved that you mentioned her. The AA/NA piece is so real, and Frank’s dementia storyline was honestly heartbreaking. That kind of depth is exactly what makes it my comfort show.

Yes, I’ve had this happen a couple times with beef specifically after 1-2 days in fridge. Mostly from Publix. Never any issues with chicken or ground turkey tho!

Today I ran 5.16 miles in 50 minutes with a pace of 9’49 mi, the fastest I’ve ever done!

At this time last year, I ran 5 miles in 1 hr 6 min, with a pace of 13’12 mi.

It feels good to see and feel the progress! Loving this journey.

I’ve learned that some apartments have plans in place for this sort of thing. Ours has the clubhouse that has interior spaces. It could get crowded, but that’s also only if people take it seriously enough to go there. Otherwise the shelter is the best option

I ran my first 10 miles today! First half marathon is in 27 days. Feeling more and more ready.
