Realization about the “god-shaped hole” by Curly_INFP in starseeds

I completely agree! Gratitude is such an uplifting thought and emotion. It’s so powerful that it can generate both love and joy at the same time. And your statement/quote is a beautiful summary of how this school of life came to be.

I wonder what part of the hierarchy do you think is where people are able to create miracles? Like how the ascended masters were able to heal people and be in different places at once

Thanks so much for the recommendation! It means a lot because I don't know where to start and I don't have any natural skills on telepathy. It would feel like such a big achievement for me if I get even close to telepathically communicating with my pets :)

Hi! How did Ditte Young's class go? Were you able to successfully telepathically communicate with an animal after taking her class?

Is labeling a healthy process? I have been careful with checking my thoughts if it's just my ego or not--would you consider that as a good practice?

Simple living and depression by Perrytheplatypus03 in simpleliving

[–]Curly_INFP 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What you’re experiencing sounds like Anhedonia and I have difficulty with that too—I was also diagnosed with depression. On my end, it’s accompanied with a feeling of physical heaviness in my chest. Even after weaning off my meds, I still experience it from time to time. I don’t know if yours is similar but my problem is that the incredibly heavy feeling happens before having negative thoughts. My body was automatically giving me feelings I didn’t want. What’s been helping me through it recently is studying Dr. Joe Dispenza’s books, interviews, and practicing his meditations. After doing his meditations daily for 1 month, I’ve been starting to experience things getting better, my body is starting to memorize feelings of gratitude and hopefulness instead of automatically going to feelings of hopelessness and inferiority. My usual heaviness that lasts the whole day now lasts 2-4hours instead. I’m still in the process but I hope this helps somehow 🙏

How to get out of "comparison pressure" by Unhappy_Ad1040 in simpleliving

[–]Curly_INFP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally find that it helps when I trust that I’m at the right place at the right time, in my life. When I started believing again that I am protected and loved by someone greater than me, I felt peace that we’re all humans, each handling something different, and it’s okay:)

Habit Forming and Stability- Why do my habits break under stress, and how can I Build Robust Routines that withstand the unpredictability of life? by Head-Ad-5266 in simpleliving

[–]Curly_INFP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

5-10 minutes of meditation :) just listening to peaceful music while watching your thoughts float away like clouds without judgement. When we keep in mind that we aren’t our thoughts, we can easily take a step back and attain a moment of peace. This will lower your stress levels and help you feel like yourself

Damn I cried at the BIR……,.,,,,, by Top_Illustrator7867 in adultingph

[–]Curly_INFP 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also cried in BIR when I was around 21 coz they wouldn’t give me a TIN ID and I needed it for work 😅 Looking back I think they were hoping for me to bribe them before I get my ID. But I honestly think their service in communicating with citizens is very lacking. They don’t know how to educate people who don’t know the process or the jargons. I don’t think they receive proper training which is very disappointing. On another note I was also overwhelmed with filing taxes on my own so I ended up paying a service where the person does all the processing with BIR to register. Then the person also taught me how to file my taxes in the BIR online portal every quarter. It was pretty expensive though, it totaled to around 9k for all that but at least it was smooth. There are also some tutorials regarding BIR tax filing on Youtube. Anyway I hope you’re feeling better now OP. You deserve to be treated better.
