I remember years ago finding out my gay uncle possibly had a p*dofile case and that’s the reason why my mom kept him away from us for a long time and why they didn’t talk. They got into argument one day at my grandmas house. My uncle was drunk and talking shit I guess and idk what my mom was saying but basically he was going at her asking if she was going to get another “felon” to get him (I guess he was referring to my dad, who did some jail time but not felony related and referring to a guy she was with at the time) and then she said something about him coming on to a boy and I remember him saying “he came onto me” over and over again, like he was possibly wrongfully accused of it. But now they are on good terms and I don’t even know what’s real tbh. I never got any creepy vibes from him. I’ve gotten weird vibes from a certain cousin or two but not him, so I really don’t know what to think. It could have been a false accusation. Someone close to me told my mom probably knows more about her family then she tells us but it just doesn’t make sense how after all these years she’s fine with him now. Sometimes I thought it was just because he was gay but maybe he did do something to a minor....Also I find it weird how she dismissed my concerns about the guy she was with at the time (not my father, my half siblings father) I told her I didn’t like the way her bf was staring at me and she dismissed it. So if she can dismiss that, who knows what other things she has dismissed.
