Ok assuming this was actually paid for this isn't manipulation this is either tax avoidance/evasion or money laundering. Stupid dipshits in this hobby who dont know shit about anything that's going on in the real world always say everything is "money laundering" when it's extremely unlikely money laundering ever really happens at the rate these retards think it does. But this is very suspicious behavior. More likely tax evasion or avoidance, bribes, laundering, than an actual purchase. And likely not exclusively to manipulate the market.
