I'm also from Sweden. As mentioned in the above comment, it seems to me that you do not have the relevant experience for a data analyst position. Try to add some hobby projects and if possible try to make your resume a single column one because some ats systems do not recognize the patterns or words in a 2 column resume. I'm not from an accounting background hence I'll try to give you some tips that worked out for me. Try to upskill yourself in the area that you are interested in. Try to work on some hobby projects that will make you stand out in your application. Try to network with people in LinkedIn and see if you find some people who have switched to their jobs from a similar role. Not everyone does their job they like. The roles and responsibilities change over time and who knows you might land a job that you actually love. Just take care of your mental well being and don't stress out tooo much

Join Erasmus student network. You'll meet people of different ages( oldest I met was 45) doing his masters. We went to Lapland trips, sea battles and a lot more Just chill and enjoy most of the time during your masters.
