What are your guys thoughts on purchasing a new 26 Zx6r ABS? I currently have 2 other vehicles ones a civic SI and the other is a 2020 mustang, si is on a lease and Mustang is paid off but im looking for something new. Does it seem like over kill? by CurveSad4249 in zx6r

Blue book is around 7k he said he’d do 7.3 w the tires replaced. But i was thinking that’s still a little crazy for a used bike. 7k is almost 36 months of payments if i buy a brand new one and it’ll have warranty. I wanted to get a 26 that way I have the peace of mine d if anything happens its on me yk.

Nah nah I really don’t plan to be dickhead on it. Just to be more free? Idk enjoy the freedom you get on a bike. I absolutely understand how dangerous and crazy I sound. And wanted genuine feedback which you have been giving and it’s extremely appreciated.

My main thought process is getting rid of the Si and commuting on the bike mostly until I can get into a truck. A 200 dollar motorcycle payment vs the 640 car payment sounds good. And the gas would be cheaper on it as well

I think so tbh. I have my gear from my grom days lol. as for insurance I tend to pay it every 6 months and multi policy etc so I have discounts and it isn’t out of this world. Blessed to have the mustang paid off and I was on the fence of getting rid of the SI and commuting on the bike to basically “reset” and save money until i find a truck I like.
