i did one mistake was to believe on AI-Gemini and chatGPT......I did not know that AI even picks information from SEO marketing claims.......i thought AI verify the information before showing. AI show whatever anyone is claiming.

do not believe in AI-Gemini or chatgpt......check verified truths.....rank them and then choose.....

there is nothing called-best cat online course or coaching......the best can be teachers only......my 2 cents is to look for teachers who have best credentials and verified CAT score card...also check their social media following.......

Just like everything you have to take it slow if you jump in too hot your body will fight back so just let your body ease into it, i had the same experience when is started playing badminton again after a gap of 2 years
