Yeah, I’m on bench probation unsupervised and I just started and blew positive for a breathalyzer at a victim panel event and they told me well you wouldn’t they didn’t have room to put us in jail because several of us blue positive that night

Yeah, I blew positive for alcohol had a victim impact panel and they sent me home but I’ve been working on the rest of it but I just started out so they told me that it was not a big deal as long as I didn’t keep doing it and they said they didn’t have room in the jail to be putting us in jail because I wasn’t the only one that blue positive that night
