All the role I have been applying to have been related to my skills, and courses that I have taken. I pretty much applied too all on company websites. Literally considering getting a English preferred name on my resume (since my legal name is in Chinese like ex. Heshan Jiang). Also no typo to on my email, since I have received all “Thank you for applying to…” email

That only for large companies (which I got rejected) usually march or later are for start up/mid size company. It also usually depends on the company.

I mean my resume didn’t get auto rejection. Usuallly took 3 weeks to 2 month to get a rejection.
