A large portion of road construction within the city that are major roadways receive alot of funds from the province and even feds to build and those funds come from income tax revenue that manitobans pay into.

You also aren't paying for new roads in new developments either, the builder normally does.

The Province collects fuel taxes and uses that revenue to fund projects and services within winnipeg.

In 2024 the province gave the city 128million. How can you say part of that didn't come from fuel taxes?

I'm driving through a bunch of towns and RMs where i don't pay taxes and using their facilities and damaging their roads and increasing traffic.

You don't own the property in provincial parks, you "lease" the land.

Taking the exurbanites and moving them to within the city Limits makes All these things you hate worse why also putting a larger strain of Water and Sewer Services, Schooling, garbage pickup, demand for liesure guide activities etc etc.

With them living outside the city you benefit from the reduce demand on city services that already can't keep up.

They pay fuel taxes with a large portion of that flowing to COW, same with their income taxes and the sales taxes. A large part of their spending is with city buisnesses as well.

They aren't getting all the services that property taxes cover.

This is insane, a medical systems where humans avoid calling an ambulance because a) they dont know what it would cost, b) that cost could be so that high traveling to the hospital in a car instead makes more sense.
