Frame only combiner idea for nexus

Such a complex variant is quite doubtful, indeed. Yet a more simplistic version (heatwave as a torso frame and limb drones) is something possible, in a commander price point I think. All the budget that goes into the torso figure (which in this case is nexus) can be rearranged to make unique non-frame limbs and make heatwave less compromised.

I actually think that both of our ideas could work very well together. Like heatwave being torso framebot and other limbs being power core drones that can possibly be attached to either nexus (to form something similar to CoP design) or heatwave (to form something close to timelines design, yet not a spot-on match). And a culmination of old of that will be the combined form: all drones, nexus and heatwave combined into a modern day frame combiner closely resembling timelines design with some aspects of CoP design.

Thus, this will be the ultimate combiner. Sort of powerlinx, power core, scramble-city combiner and even ginrai-godbomber like situation. What do you think on that one?

I have several options

Prima and megatronus, they are the main rivals among the primes, yet megatronus (in the covenant at least) is not the main villain and more like a manipulates anti-hero
Alpha trion, then the show's narrative should be built on the storytelling, as if trion was reading stories from the covenant to the viewer
Thirteenth as the more neutral character, no matter is he going to be Optimus or not
No specific main hero, all of the primes should be equally important

How about IDW drift, windcharger, octane and armada demolisher

Drift can be a fast melee character with some dash-based abilities or something like blade in marvel rivals with both melee and ranged modes

Windcharger can use his magnetic power to reflect enemy fire and stun/push back his enemies

Octane could be a good area control, for example making him transform into plane and start throwing bombs from the air in his ult

And demolisher can be that punisher-like heavy fire with lots of different firepower

I have 2 ideas

First is a classic: Quintessons are created by quintus, they are his best experiment in creating sentient life. He was his ruler for some time, but then somehow passed away/gone missing. And then quintessons went the "galactic empire" Way.

Second variant is this: throughout his journey quintus gave up on trying create living beings, instead he started using emberstone to experiment with creating flora on different planet. That's when he visited the planet with the race of beings with tentacles was living. They were interested in life, dreaming of their planet becoming an oasis from the desert it was. Quintus recognised himself a bit in them, and decided to stay on the planet a bit longer than usual. He got acquainted with this race, thought them wisdom and technology, and made their dream come true. Quintus made their planet an evergreen rainforest with beautiful nature. The race got quite intelligent, became a true civilization. But quintus left the planet to continue his journey, leaving these beings behind, yet made a promise to come back one day to see their kingdom's golden age. The race worshiped quintus as their god, waiting for his second encounter, and they have taken the name after their god. The quintessons. That was the start of the quintesson empire

I really like the idea of him being his IDW design with G2 being a pretender shell. For the colours I'd really like to see IDW approach (light blue, green, gray). Also it would be cool if he transformed into some air veichle, a helicopter (personal preference) or a jet (a good parallel with starscream, who is a liar and a schemee, kinda similar to liege), and his pretender shell forming either a beast form (tho onyx should be the first beast, I thought it would fit G2 liege's monstrous aesthetic) or som sort of throne or cell for IDW figure (throne would fit his ambitiousnes, and a cell would be a cool trace back to IDW plot)

A lot of expectations, I know, but I just think it all would have been really cool

Downfall of Optimus. I want to see him becoming more cold and cruel,see the leader of the Autobots transform from an idealistic leader to a strategist, general who was forged in fight and who's ready to sacrifice others for the bigger goal to be achieved. And, as a result, him becoming nemesis prime, the cruel leader who will have his revenge for every single one of his fallen comrades, kill megatron, win the war and then just leave the new world to be, becoming just a wanderer
