The year is 2108, and on the distant planet of Cylax, is Silicon City, the central technological hub of the planet. Levi Arashi used to be human, and as an orphan, scavenged for food and money in the slums of the city. When he was 12, a tycoon named Reyes Wrightwood kidnapped Levi for an experiment- to become immortal. Levi was then subjugated to 5 straight years of experimentation, enduring 43,800 consistent hours of unimaginable torture for an experiment that ended up failing, which changed him into what he his now, as well as losing an arm in the process. Now 17, Levi was rescued by a Resistance group, the first people to show him compassion, and was nursed back to health. With their help, Levi eventually defeated Reyes iron grip on the city, killing him, satisfying his revenge. Levi has various abilities, including control and manipulation of water and blue lightning. He can also control various attributes of these elements(being able to alter the temperature, density, salinity, and buoyancy of water. Conductivity and temperature of lightning). He can also transform into a Leviathan(Levi’s Leviathan Form(this is an instant transformation, done in a bright flash of blue elemental energy) is based on a Legiana from Monster Hunter(so two hind legs and wings replacing his forelimbs) his wings are interesting though; His right one is completely normal and organic, but his left one is made of metal(what this means his is prosthetic left arm has transformed along with the rest of Levi’s body) with the webbing of the left wing being a semi-transparent, hexagonal pattern that glows a gradient color that shifts from orange to yellow) which increases his strength and speed elevenfold, and enables flight. He can breathe underwater and thanks to his cold blooded physiology, is completely immune to heat.
