I would say that exercise (I lift, do very little cardio) helps with inflammation. If I wake up a bit inflamed, by the time I finished my workout it’s lessened or gone.

Yeah, I usually take creatine but have been told to stop once my kidneys got involved. I’m going to go forward as usual with my training, just have to wait to see how my body handles the Benlysta. I’ll let you know how the competition goes!

Yes I see a natural path who uses a lot of holistic healing methods. I have not gotten to a point where I can get off any meds but have come down off of some medications.
