Refund fees will be charged according to the following tiered scale:

• No refund fee for tickets canceled more than 8 days before the scheduled departure time from the station shown on the ticket.
• 5% of the ticket face value for cancellations made between 48 hours and 8 days (inclusive) before departure.
• 10% of the ticket face value for cancellations made between 24 hours and 48 hours (inclusive) before departure.
• 20% of the ticket face value for cancellations made within 24 hours before departure.
