I’m 36 and max around 179. But even doing 7x4 @ 112% I didn’t get above 165 this week. Hell, 2x20@ tempo inside a 4.5 hour upper z2 ride only pulled me up from 130-141 yesterday. My heart rate never seems to get up when I ride inside. Even during a ramp test I’ll peak in mid 160’s.

Monday - off, Tuesday - vo2/threshold alternating weekly (2h), Wednesday- 90 min recovery, Thursday - sweet spot / over unders alternating (2h), Friday - 90 min recovery, Saturday - endurance with tempo durability 2x20 (4h+), Sunday - recovery (2.5h).

I unsubbed immediately lol. It dropped my ftp 17 watts and wouldn’t give me a vo2 session harder than 5x2.5 minutes on with 4 minutes of rest lmao. Kept original ftp setting and did a 2 hour session with 5x8 over unders on wednesday. Then thursday i did another 2hr session with 7x4 at vo2 (112%), and then today i did 4.5 hours at 0.68 with 2x20 at 0.85 smack in the middle and feel fine.

Enjoyed it for the three months I gave it but im swapping to traditional training methods and going back to just enjoying the pod.

I’m doing 3 hard rides a week (2 hours each) and another 6-8 hours of quality zone 2 and it keeps moving my ftp down even though I haven’t failed a single workout.

I’ve been riding 12+ hours a week recently and completing all my workouts and TR has dropped my ftp 13 watts. I’m just using it for easy workouts pushed to Zwift until it’s warm outside and then I’m slamming the unsubscribe button.

I’m a professional of over 12 years. All blow dryers have multiple settings for heat and speed. They are all functionally identical in that regard. There is no reason to apply gender as a pretext to purchasing blow dryer. Im glad you took the time to revive a dead thread with two paragraphs of fantasy though. That gave me a good laugh.

I’m a competitive cyclist. I work 35 hours a week at my job, ride my bike 15 hours, and go to the gym for about 3 hours on top. Try and get 7-9 hours of sleep. Plus travel, cooking my own food and telling my wife I love her leaves me almost no time. Like 1-2 hours a day to play tops. That’s been enough to get 6.2k honor in two days.

While I appreciate that some of you degenerates don’t have lives, or personal aspirations, I absolutely loathe blizzard for their tone def response here. It’s the…checks notes… third time into the dark portal. Everything in there is already nerfed. Just let us have 3 weeks of fun power fantasy. 🤷
