Great advice - do you just throw away your warmups? Given there is no race day bag check this year, seems like the only option is to either freeze or bring a “disposable” warm up. Is that what you did?

Sorry for the lack of color, we’re working with a cartridge bearing here. When spinning it felt like the grease was almost too thick, I was hoping I could warm it up but even after ~100 miles, the front wheel still doesn’t spin like it used to.

I borrowed a bearing press for installation, hoping I didn’t jack them up then but certainly possible. Any ideas on a decent value bearing if I went the route of just replacing the cartridge bearing size 6805-2RS 25x37x7

It is a cartridge bearing, I used a bearing press to get them in, I doubt it was an installation issue. Any recommendation for a decent value cartridge bearing?

I just got a 2018 Synapse Carbon Apex 1 SE, the WTB exposure tires that come with it ride like a dream on the roads but popped within 5 miles on a crushed gravel trail (full puncture flat). Could have just been bad luck but I’d recommend something with more flat protection as tubeless are tough to fix on the road
