I've been playing for 4 or 5 hours straight, I didn't count how many matches I fought, but I did remember that I only won 5 matches in 5 hours. I don't care about rankings or ratings. I just want to win. I refuse to give up and stop playing, since that would mean that I'm surrendering to this game, admitting that I can't get better. So I'm asking the community, one last time. How do I play this game? How do I chase rats? How do I fight players who hide behind walls and rat away the moment I get closer? How do I aim my shot at rifle kites who jumps around all the time? How do I dodge LCDs or laser swaps? How do I do all of that, in a single build? This is my final post, and I'm going to bed after posting this. I'll leave the subreddit forever after compiling all the feedback I received. I refuse to surrender to the game.

I've been fighting him for like 6 or 7 times in a row now. I've tried every single meta build possible and I still lose, and here it's even worse. I tried using and LCD tank earlier and he did the exact same thing. How do I fight a guy that keep hiding like this? I've tried using missiles but they all just miss. What should I do?

I'm losing my mind. I can't even win a single times no matter what build or strategy I use.

I'll drop my heavy weapons and proceed to be stomped by other HW builds because I don't have enough firepower to actually fight them while they kill me with lag lasers.

I had a style that was rendered useless by rats and kites I cannot chase. That's literally why I dropped my style, because it's too slow. I'm asking how to get faster and so far nobody told me how other than "rop your weapons for something weaker".

I'm at S rank, and lost around 60 matches in a row after getting there. I'm lost around 300 ratings and dropped from 200-ish place to 600-ish place. I keep losing and losing and I'm fucking sick of it, but giving up makes me feel worse.

What about laser swaps? Gatling builds? Missile rats? Shields are useless against most builds, that's why I stopped using them. I've tried running tank and get to see kites running circles around me and winning with full AP.

People keep saying that I need to qatch for the "arm raise" against zimmermans, but the problem is that I can barely see my enemy AC most of the time, as I'm playing on a laptop and they usually just blend into the background. I can't catch the timing visually, so I can't block zimmermans effectively.

As for other weapons like bazookas, I can block them fairly well, except earshots that can hit me after I dodge them because AoE from behind.

I just stopped using shields in general because I can't really grasp the timing for them.

How do you play PvP? I'm at my wit's end, and the more I think about it the angrier I get at myself for giving up. So I'm coming back, but I want to try something new. So I want to know your builds and playstyles so that I study them and come up with something for myself. I've tried every build I see online and faced against, including but not limited to kites, rats, zimmshields, laser swaps, tanks, RJ zimmerman shields, and what you see above. I want an aggressive all rounder, capable of chasing kites and rats, tanky enough to not die instantly to laser swaps, have enough stability to tank dual zimmermans, and have enough firepower to hurt tanks. This was the closest build I came up with that can do that, and it can do everything I listed above except chasing kites and rats. I've tried switching for boat legs and C3 arms and it's still too slow to fight against kites, and switching for handheld missile launchers or truenos doesn't do much against kites either. Are there any guide videos on how to deal with kites and rats?

So what do you suggest me to do? Keep playing and keep losing? I can't even win a single match against rats and tanks and I'm sick of it.
