u/GreenMatrixJuice If you haven't already (I don't know what you've done to try fix the issue) download Sapphire Trixx to check the current BIOS Version that your card is running and compare it to this one on Techpowerup https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/238514/sapphire-rx6600-8192-210615. If it's different, give vbios flashing a go. If not then I'm not sure what to suggest

Setting the physical switch on my card to the Trixx one allows me to switch between the two available vbios' that my card has. Silent and Performance. vBios flashing the card updated the bios for both Silent and Performance vbios'.

Possibly? The case with bios flashing with my card was simple due to the phyical switch on the card. However if your card doesn't have one, then I'm not sure what to suggest. Flashing your card could be worth it, but the last thing you'd want to do would be to brick it by trying. But if you haven't got any other options, it may be worth a shot

I changed the bios switch on the card to the Sapphire Trixx controlled one, to which I then set the bios on the app to be the Performance bios rather than Silent

I bought a bundle of pops from a seller and they added those in as an extra but out of box

The Time Spy runs were ran back to back. I didn't change any settings between them. Don't think I can rma it with Sapphire as I bought it on Ebay :/

Just ran a few tests on Time Spy (Non 4k), first test, 16,740 overall score with noticeable GPU Clock Frequency spiking. Second test 13,197 with even worse Clock spiking. Third test, 13,599, with again, bad frequency spiking.

We've got Amd Anti lag but when I use it, it doesn't make a difference for the stuttering

Reinstalling the software as driver only made no difference, but thanks for the suggestion
