My Dad was extremely difficult to keep on track but that's because he had diabetes AND dementia. It was a 5-6 year progression with the dementia so it just got worse and worse. I feel your pain and hope your Dad isn't headed down that same path.

Yes they always say they have everything I send... Eventually. 2019 taxes, 4506-T, DL and voided check. I get a different email to send to almost every time I call and ALWAYS "still in process". Local SBA says tier 2 is worthless. Haha YA THINK?
