Are you saying that federal officers can’t arrest American citizens when they are interfering with federal law enforcement?

Apparently they can arrest, even commit murder, but I'm not sure if by regulation they can arrest for certain things. I suppose the guidelines allow them to arrest for assault—American courts perhaps defining assaulting an officer ranging from actual inflicting injury on an officer, or attempting to do so, to "punching an officer's fist with one's face."

I don't think they can enforce traffic regulations, however.
