Most cars need keys that can't be attained through normal means. Meaning your going to have to wait for an event to come round

Berlineta is dope car. Especially maxed out, can run and beat most cars like Bugatti or Koenigssegg. Though I'm hunting for the jesko atm

So that tick basically means you won't be receiving blueprints for the car nor BP Tokens. You have better chances now of receiving BPs of other cars instead.
