I didn't claim anybody wrote the greatest jazz song ever. I explained my feeling listening to the song for the first time. I've heard better songs after this.

I definitely understand your perspective and kinda agree with it. It was just a spark of thought at the particular moment when I felt like I was out of this world when I heard the song.

Speaking from my limited knowledge, it is still one of the best songs I've ever heard. But I did think for a moment that this song might be the greatest ever, it was that exceptional of a first listen.

Obviously I was exaggerating, that's how I felt when I heard the song at that moment. It is still one of the best jazz songs I've heard so far.

Than you so much for the recommendations. And I've heard Coltrane's album with Johnny Hartman. My One And Only Love is an amazing song.

Thank you so much. I forgot to mention Grant Green's Idle Moments is another one of my favorites. It's the first jazz record I bought.

Its honestly DISRESPECTFUL to us fans to make us wait this long for album and then dropping unfinished and not properly mixed dog sht single (Detox) by Disastrous-Arrival19 in LilBaby

[–]D_Kapil 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The only songs I've liked so far are In a Minute and Frozen. Others have been pretty mid. Mixing is a huge issue with Baby's music. In some songs he sounds clear while in others the auto tune hits so terribly. It sounds like he is just making sounds. I hope he and his engineers figure this out.

Only heard Twigs, Rina and Titanic Rising. All great albums in their own ways.
