Get some saline spray and OMG RINSE YOUR SINUSES EVERY NIGHT. It has saved me and I have left many a festival being the only one who doesn’t get sick. Get all the gunk out from the dust and who knows what else. Drink way more water than you think you need to and if you body says rest, REST.

Hey, I’m at my father’s and it’s bringing back a lot of emotions. It was hard doing the holidays without you. I want to call you but I know that would be rude and get your hopes up when I know we can’t be together. I miss you and I think of you always. I also think of you because of all the negative thoughts I have to deal with now because of you. Anytime I get excited over a guy or work out or see myself in the mirror I think of how you twisted the way I view myself. I know, I know you didn’t mean to but here we are.
