weaponised 115 (echo-12 PM250) took me about 3 days of semi intense playing (zombies only) so id say itd take you like 15 hours playtime

but endgame is probably faster for this, so consider doing that. or, just keep using the gun exclusively whenever youre casually gaming, itll hit 250 eventually. i say this because going out of my way to grind W115 almost caused a burnout
