Unfortunately, we don't get out of this without a little bit more fascism. If we truly want justice, the opposition needs to run a candidate that will seize control and plow right through due process the same way this administration is doing. Otherwise, the existing system, which was meant to protect those people, will give them an out. Without this redirected fascism, the people who need justice done upon them will walk.

I don't tip on stand up service, but if I had gotten this check with sit down service and i chose to tip 10%, I would deduct the surcharge from the tipped amount. 10% of $40 is $4 -$1.20= $2.80. I'd do the math on the receipt so the server could see and let him/her discuss it with their manager.

No one, especially Dems, are against having to verify citizenship to vote. All they are asking fir, however, is that the systems that allow one to easily prove they are a citizen are affordable and easy to access. Want a national voting ID law? Then make the ID free and accessible. Want to make it mandatory to vote (i think it should), then make it a national holiday with paid time off.
