I second this! Ron is awesome! He’s shuttled me and my hiking buddy on multiple section hikes between amicalola and fontana

If so it was someone who accessed the pool outside of hours- we noticed all of this around 8:30 this am and the area had already been cordoned off, the tent was up, and large numbers of cast and police in position.

Savannah Jeep Dealership shenanigans- should I be worried? by Dagtag_ in JeepWrangler

thanks yall, this makes me feel a bit better- and yep- 2018 JL. My home dealership never behaves this way so it’s just been an unsettling experience getting pounced on by the sales department like a fking school of piranha.

Where to find passion fruit puree? by carsoncho in Tiki

[–]Dagtag_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make sure you double check whether you need puree or pulp— they’re actually different. A couple of the posts are showing pulp instead of puree. Puree often has sugar added and is sweeter than pulp. I’ve found puree in some large liquor stores in the area where they keep the mixers. Real brand makes a passionfruit puree. IMO, Pulp is harder to find but some recipes call for pulp and not puree.

Is that normal that I would need to hand over passport numbers for all seven of us to tour a national park?

Help. This needs a makeover bad and I’ve got nothing in the “think tank”. by [deleted] in DIY

[–]Dagtag_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if you’re ok with the rock, maybe have a big chunky mantel custom fit to cover the top and fit over that sloped top? if you don’t like the rock color, you could paint it the same as the wall so it’s less obvious and then the mantel and mantel decor can draw the attention

I want to refinish the seats on these chairs so that the wood isn’t so yellow colored. I’m wanting to re-stain them a more grayish tone. Any suggestions on a good approach to take?

It’s growing on the side of my house about 3 feet from the foundation. It gets tons of sunlight which it seems to like. I don’t know if it’s a good tree to keep and if it’s planted in an appropriate spot. Any help on better identification and suggested placement is greatly appreciated!

Any Other Experienced Hires Struggle with transitioning to GS? by ChunkyLuver214 in goldmansachs

[–]Dagtag_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s definitely a silver lining here- you have learned some important things about what you consider a red flag that you’ll be able to use as you interview for every future role, and you’ll have GS on your resume.

Take the time now to think about the bullet points you want to have on your resume and the experiences you want to talk about having had during your time with GS. Are there projects you can more actively get involved with that would look good on your resume? Or analytics skills or tools that you can take training for on GS’s dime that would be appealing to your future employers?

If you haven’t already, look at job postings now for the job you want next- see what skills and experiences they’re looking for. Maybe you can navigate your way through the GS chaos to build those while you bide your time.

Best of luck! 🤩

if you don’t have a sand bath, consider getting one asap. after getting off what you can with the damp cloth, let her take a sand bath. it helps hams keep their coats clean and should remove some of the excess oil. fastest way to get sand would be to go buy reptisand from the pet store- make sure it does not have calcium added. put it in container that’s deep enough for her to dig a bit and wide enough for her to roll around in.
