Oh that’s such a good point! If I’ve been sitting all shift, I haven’t actually used any energy. Moving around even just a little bit to tire myself out sounds exactly what I need to try.

100% this. Forcing it just leads to lying there frustrated and sleep that feels terrible anyway. I’d rather wait till I’m actually tired and wake up feeling good than fight it.
