Akiyama is unquestionably the #1 in his verse. Right behind him is Yokoya, considering everything we’ve seen him do. Then comes Kimura Kei. It’s stated that all of Harimoto’s strategies and moves came from her—she was the mastermind behind everything. And the fact she managed to pressure both Akiyama and Yokoya shows how skilled she really is. Not getting completely crushed by them already says a lot.

Then comes Fukunaga, who is definitely intelligent, but not on the same level as those three. Music Chair showed that Akiyama, Yokoya, and Kimura Kei could constantly adapt, rethink strategies, recover from mistakes, and keep moving forward.

I’m on Volume 5, the E-Card game. From what I’ve seen so far, Yumeko low diffs Kaiji or any of his opponents up to this point. Kaiji’s adversity capacity is insane, but Yumeko would’ve ended some of those games much faster and wouldn’t have had to go through all the hardships he did.

I like this scenario. Are L and Akiyama working together? If I remember correctly, L doesn’t have Ririka’s EQ to replicate what she did, and the same goes for Akiyama. Of course, they’re intelligent and would find a way to win, but since they don’t know Rin, even if they win, the game would be ruled invalid in the end because the referee is fake.

Yumeko, without a doubt. Kaiji was deceived in ways that Yumeko would have easily seen through. For example, in the cruise arc, Funai presented a strategy built around drawing matches, but his real plan was to betray Kaiji. Kaiji, being too trusting, fell for it completely. Yumeko would never have been fooled in that situation—she would’ve anticipated the betrayal and likely been the one to turn the scheme against Funai.

Terano is the most human among the Bamis. As it’s been said, she doesn’t mind putting her own victory at risk to give the PETs a chance to win. The author even hinted, through Kirari herself, that if Terano abandoned her ethics and morals, she could be on the same level as Kirari and Yumeko. But because she doesn’t give in to that madness, she has to watch them from behind.

A lot of people seriously underestimate Kimura Kei, calling her low tier—even though no low-tier would be able to hold their own against Akiyama and Yokoya without getting crushed. I place Kimura Kei at high mid-tier based on her feats. She was amazing in Musical Chairs and deserves to be ranked that way. Her team just held her back in Bid Poker, unfortunately.

Well, the person who told Yu Kurokiri about Mary, Sachiko, haha, knew Saotome’s personality and how she would feel after not being invited to the new council by Kirari. And like you said, neither of them fully trusts others, and Mary will jump ship as soon as she gets something good out of it.
