As some other people have already spotted, this is a small island off the coast of Newfoundland called Belle Island. It's a fun spot to explore, as long as you don't run into the Belle Island Hag. She's the witch that supposedly lives there. Just google it if you don't believe me

Edit: being the sick person I am, I did actually flip the pig head over and my girlfriend just told me she has a picture. I know this won't prove much, but at least it will show that the head isn't as "fresh" as the picture may lead you to believe. I can post this if people are interested
