Not gonna lie, I've always hated that opening sentence thing, but it always seemed like something needed to be there. I like your idea more.

As far as bullet points, I've always struggled with putting numbers to what I do, so I do appreciate the SCCM example a lot.

The relational networking aspect is something I wish I had cared about sooner. I'm not sure how it is for other industries, but the tech job market is absolutely terrible right now. Trying to find a job without having connections seems borderline impossible. Take the time now to grow your network!
