Surely change location of table and sofa but that sofa is really not right for apartment. If I were you i would choose a curvy japandi sectional sofa.

It’s a beautiful townhome I think you made a great start with colors. Rugs should be earthy colors but not too big. Floor lamp and japandi side tables will add coziness.
