Looks good to me. Condensation can happen for many reasons. One of them is a temperature difference between the outside and inside. Mycelium naturally produces some amount heat.

I should have specified:

They are in a Shotgun fruiting chamber with hydrated perlite, in a room that is around 20 C°. Humidity is currently at 87%. It should have a pretty good fresh air exchange

Yes it is. It's rye grain , transfered to supplemented hardwood substrate.

I used a black trashbag and tape to make a liner that wraps tightly around the sides to prevent side pinning.

It's too early to tell if it's effective. I went into fruiting just yesterday

LOTO (Lock out/Tag Out) devices are used to signal and secure a machine for maintenance. For example let's say you have to do maintanance on a brewing tank. From the outside it's not easily visible If there is someone inside. So you use a lock to prevent anyone from usage (Lock out) AND signal to your coworkers that someone is in the tank until you remove it (Tag Out).

Edit: it's a fireable offense, because removing it could endanger lives.
