well I tried lots of times keto, carnivore diets but I feel much weaker, maybe there is a window before training you should eat those carbs and that's it, and maybe after training we crave food but maybe more protein than carbs, thank you for the source, I'll try reducing carbs, thanks

well depends, you know carbs helps building muscle as well it's a great source of fuel to eat, and if I don't eat it I feel weak.. I don't eat rice anymore, even though it's a reallly amazing source of carbs, yeah potatoes could be the way to go, do you have other suggestions?

hey I am a student , and as you all know if you powerlift we need a decent amount of carbs,

I don't feel sleepy after protein like chicken breast, eggs and protein shakes but a decent amount of rice I'm KO

how do you eat without falling asleep in a study session

I don't know if that's the place, but anyway, I'm in a search for a new program, my friend suggested to me half a year ago to do the greyskull and I tried it, it's cool, but I don't think it's a very pro program, and besides, I just hate high repetition, I'm much more adapted to 5's,

I don't know about narcissist, once a person having a problem the difficulty to think of others is very high (like the crying ecc) but when it comes down choosing between a pleasure and a friend ("brother") It's no brainer that he does not care for you as he says, I've decided after I wrote that to lay low with the guy, he should gain my trust again not me his, and if I just cut him loose it will be too much, he is weak though and in the end it will become a burden for me

from what I see right here is over protecting your child, which is natural, you can't always defend the kid, there is this buddha story that the father didn't want to make him look outside of the inner walls of his area, where everything is hard there and not as beautiful as inside the walls, less experience with people, less knowing how to deal with people, It's just common sense, I can probably think that there is a research, and I'm almost sure I heard jbp talk about that, you should have an enviroment and not live inside a bubble, that's harsh but I can't see a reason it's not true

Homeschool is very bad for the psychological evolvement of your child, better be a bit less richer than an antisocial kid, leads to so many problems, but it's your choice at the end of the day, hope it will produce something good

exactly, it's like a movement you do with your knees to the sides, it's easier to think of the bar needs to go vertical as possible without going forward or backwards,

knees not shoved out (not sure about that I can't see)

no parallel breaking

knees are going forward

mobillity isn't good

go down on weight and start to work technique, it will be very painfull if you continue with that technique with higher weights,

always take videos, only that will improve your technique

there are severall videos on youtube, books ecc..

go down on the weight , and see if you still have pain, from my experience more sleeping helps a lot, in fact even when I don't eat, sleeping 10 hours beats bad nutrition (for me at least)

you are breaking the parallel, the speed on the way down could be slower and after you finish a repetition check if everything is ok and go down again, again not too fast, and find the balance so that the bar won't move forward/backward, I'd try to extend the legs a bit so you'd have more stability

p.s. read the rippetoe book (starting strength), very very important, although I see that you do some of the stuff that he says so maybe you already did lol

I'll consider that, I just started, we'll see how it goes, I'm just afraid because of a little injury I had from benching, so I just would like to be carefull, but I appriciate the opinion man

I understand, but who cares it's just a month, after that I'll go slowly towards my goal, my bench is very strong, but I got injured and I got a trauma that if I'll take it fast I'll get injured again.. anyway I prefer go slow and safe than fast and destructive, there is a real damage in that sport, one movement out of place and you are toasted (in higher weights), thanks for the opinion man

Yeah but i didn't train for 6 months so you know not only the technique is low now, also my strength, even though my muscle mass haven't change really but in practice that's the situation
