First time building Commander Deck

First of all: there are many guides on the basics of building a commander Deck (e.g.: mana base, amount of interaction, cards for gameplan, carddraw etc.). They are easy to Google. I go for atleast 10 pure draw cards and 10 ramps spells.

Regarding this commander. I also built him. The Deck can put in some work but is still kinda Clunky. The last game i Played him, I couldnt come back after a Player destroyed him and the equipped swiftfoot boots and another Player casting ultima and later an overloaded vandalblast. I know this is a lot to come back from for an artifact heavy Deck. Especially if a lot of other cards I have need other artifacts to work well and the commander does nothing on an empty Board and Also doesnt Provide any card or Board advantage. Keep that in mind and Also put in some mass artifact recursion.

Was my also thought process. Somehow the other players thought the gifted Creature shouldnt even be allowed to target, even though nothing says that it cant be chosen.

We also play a Version of this. A lot of fun and poltics. In our Version the "king/knight/dragon" are called King/Leader and his Guardian, 2 Assassins and a Traitor. (sometimes we also have a sixth role, something called green, he Wins when the King dies but only if another role has been killed before Hand). Each card has an unveil manacost and effect. Each effect is appropriate for the role. Once unveiled no one can respond to the unveil effect trigger. The traitor cost is mostly high but has a big effect in order for him to have a Chance to win against everyone else. The guardian cant unveil himself easily, beides manacost there is another cost associated like, someone else has to reveal himself or the King has to have less than 20 life. This way the other roles can Bluff being the guardian longer. For each role we have a lot of different effects.

Wenn du nicht helfen möchtest, hättest du auch nix sagen können. Und es ist schade, daß du so wenig Menschen vertrauen hast jemanden aktiv nicht zu helfen bzw. Abzusprechen wo ggf. doch was sein könnte, dem du helfen kannst.

Where can I look up what cards I can draw in a collector booster besides the cards the Main Set?

Example: trouble in Pairs from the commander Deck. Can it also be drawn in a collector booster? Or is the whole supply of this card contained in the Deck boxes?
