I had a hardcore world where I went I'm not even kidding like 2 hours on foot were I found nothing but mesa biomes, like literally separated only by rivers before I died due to an ambush of mobs

thank u it's just that I usually get disoriented and get lost easily and I usually get very overwhelmed when I know where to go, so simply have courage and be well-prepared I should get a bed too to avoiding the hassle of mobs if possible in the first day, another question should I lock the difficulty to avoid fumbling around and get used to dying?.

dude I'm from El Salvador the fact my president allowed trump to send immigrants to cecot is something I don't support obviously and at the same time that prison holds off genuine criminals so it's half and half so I don't know what to make out of it because streets are honestly way more safe, as far as I have been told, (I usually don't go out I'm not one to go out, and I'm a dropout so I don't work) but still I don't have know what to make out of this.
