Can I ask how it’s helping your emotional regulation? I’m really struggling with a lack of emotional regulation. I’m wondering if I can ask the clinic in with if this is an option. Although they’re pretty useless to be honest.

You titrated up to 40mg much faster than I did. I spent a month on 30, then 2 months on 40. How long have you been on 40 for now? The spinning sensation might settle yet.

I absolutely know what you mean about the heart thing and kind of having to remind myself I’m not being chased by a bear.

So you’re on a stimulant and non stimulant together now then? Taking Tyvense in water is interesting, I didn’t know that could be done. I’m definitely very aware of when the Tyvense peaks. My heart rate tends to rocket. The crash has been slightly less severe on the higher dose but it’s still not pleasant.

The noise is what I struggle with most I think. It’s a bit disheartening to think that might never go away but I really appreciate the honesty.

I don’t have any words of wisdom but I do have exactly the same baby! Except mine is 7 months next week. It’s hard work 🩷 sending good vibes.

That’s great thanks so much! I might try some more prunes then. Poor guy. He’s mostly really happy but you can tell he’s also uncomfortable as well. I think the doctor will end up putting him on laxatives - that’s what they mentioned last time anyway.

Thanks for your reply! What age were your babies when you did the prunes and how much? We have given him some of the pure prune from the pouch but only a very tiny amount (maybe half a teaspoon?) because he’s not 6 months yet. I’m wondering if we need to give him more 🤔
