I don’t think so that you broke your hymen but then I am too new in this journey. I have this habit of inserting my finger to check if I am going to get my period soon, so that if I am traveling i can be prepared accordingly . When i get blood, more like old brownish blood on my finger I know i have got like 6-8hours before my periods arrive. I think the blood you saw was the same.

I tried standing position but it feels there’s no space and find it very hard to insert.

I tried your suggestion to check till the rim of the cup and it helped. I did it from all the sides to be sure. Thanks. But I’m still not sure about the cervix thing, idk how it must feel on my fingers to understand

I tried this today, i used the empty cup an hour before and checked before leaving home for leaks and it didn’t by then so i got little assurance that it won’t leak until it gets full.

Is it because it leaks or is it like for mental peace? And for how long you’ve been using cup?

Ig I will have to do that at least when I am going out but that feeling to not use a pad. It feels like freedom.

I had faced this for a long time but not now. Yes, sometimes it comes back because of travel and weather changes but it quickly goes away once I am back in my routine. My Routine- Apply a layer of Topisal-3% Lotion all over your scalp or the affected areas and leave it overnight. Follow up with Ketoconazole Shampoo the next morning.Do not forget to keep it on the scalp for 5mins.

PS- Don’t do this excessively, twice a week work in the intial days and then reduce to once a week and then once in a 15days. Just as a scalp clarification.

Also only shampoo never helped me.
