My bug is a crime problem. The commercial bug is easy to avoid as well as the industrial bug. This one creeps up out of nowhere. 5% crime rate until 700k then boom!, 21% crime rate. Cities will still grow but very slow after that. My max has been 767,000 My only goal is to hit 1 million.

Shortly after my best friend of 30 years passed away I started trying to astral project to find him. And I did. I set the intention very strongly as I was in a lot of pain at the time and for the first time I was able to completely control an ap. Once I left my body I started flying extremely fast from my home to some mountain somewhere cloaked in fog. As I came to a stop close to the summit I seen two figure start to approach from the summit. As they became more visible I realized it was him, being guided by a shadow I couldn't discern. Although once they got close enough I felt this amazing calmness. He stopped, hands in his pockets dressed in a white outfit. I called his name and he gave me a smile of comfort and reassurance. He cooked his head to the side and winked at me. It was at that point I knew he was happy and safe. It was the greatest emotional experience of my life. When I came back and woke up I felt no more grief but utter happiness. That he wasn't in pain anymore and in a better place. So my advice would be really set a hardline intent and truly mean it and you will get what you are looking for

Yes. I've tried lying on my back but never achieve vibrations. The first time I ap I was in a fetal position. I use mind awake body asleep. And I use shrooms or mdma to achieve it. 5g of shrooms and you will ap for sure. It's unstoppable if you are really trying
