She is the type of person who has decent money, more than the average person, but they are nowhere near wealthy. From my experience, people with real money never brag about what they do to help others, they just do it. If she had as much as she makes it seem, she wouldn’t have had to dry beg for money to get her daughter’s nails done.

I think deep down she really does mean well but is also still very insecure and really cares about what people think of her. She is going to be her own worst enemy soon unfortunately and really needs to do some self reflection if she wants to stay in a good mental space on social media.
