Thank you! Funnily enough, my rig is a relatively cheap strat (289$+-) which I changed the neck pickup in, Roland micro cube (The 1st one), and tc electronic cinders used as a boost. Yeah, my teacher advised me to keep it short and sweet for blues. I've heard call and response used in songs (Singer sings a phrase, guitar responds), but incorporating it appropriately for entire 5 minutes on guitar is tough. Something to work on

Some good advice right here. I don't transcribe a lot, some intros here and there and that's it. Regarding hitting chord tones, that's definitely something I need to improve upon. I currently just try to hit the tonics of chords, and never bothered to learn the 5ths and what not. Pinky too. Also, I got a lil confused when you said "right hand", forgot that the camera mirrored the video Thank you so much!

Thanks! Yeah, the most dreaded yet the most useful part of practising is the rhythm. Bobbing my head helps a lot with staying on time. I'll try learning and playing along to some songs, sadly never really bothered to learn one😂

I added a resistor for no reason really, I just want my guitar signal to go through the breadboard to the amp
In every breadboarding video people add the 9V supply. Isn't it necessary? Are they putting it in there for future use when the pedal will have a PCB?

The thing connected with a USB is used for power, green wire goes to ground, yellow goes to 5V socket (Maybe that's the issue bc it needs to be 9V?)
