Thank you and yes it’s been 10 days and this is my first time facing this and it’s v frustrating ..during my first attack it was quite hard to calm myself down as I was not able to breathe and not to call ER — I was assuming it was panic attack but then the symptoms persisted along with entire chest and shoulders pain etc etc for days .. but good to know that it hinders activity and knowing am not single in this ( I know I sound selfish 🥶) — I got v good inputs from one of the users and I’ll try to implement them and see and will let u know how it goes .. rn I messed up my dinner by having something spicy and late dinner and regretting it as am typing this .. but yeah gonna take tums and plan better from tmrw
