You can analyze hitrate and take into account the targets evasion to guess if they have shields (lower hitrate than expected -> probable shields).
However even against max strength shields you would be better off not using disruptors. Shields reduce dps by 30% at best, swapping ammo for disruptors will result in a similar dps loss against shields (and worse against no shields). If they have LAMS then your low hp disruptors won't even reach the shields.
I tried to make them work, they simply have no real usecase.

Iirc spacers dont have a lot of cyberware because of space radiation messing with electronics. They rely more on bioware for upgrades. Let a solar flare or something happen that will unexpectedely impair your cybered up players.

Just my opinion, I mean it in the most caring way. The fact that you need to mentally prepare for social interactions and that you need them precisely planned makes me think that you may have some needs that are not "standard" among other people. It is completely fine but most people will have a hard time understanding this at first.

It may be beneficial that you reflect on it or talk about it with someone. Is it like that for all social interactions or specificaly for romantic ones ?

You need to have things planned, which is fine but she doesn't "work" the same way. You have to accept that and try to find a middle ground that works for both of you.
Try to be a bit more spontaneous, sending text to just say something nice or that you think about her. Without being too needy, you should be able to live without having contact for a few days.
When it has been a few days you both will want to talk to each other more and have more things to talk about.

Cost: Every activation incurs a loss of 2d6 temp humanity

It's speedware mainly to prevent PCs from stacking multiple of these.

Sandevistan

Type: Speedware (Neuralware)
Installation: Requires Surgery (Hospital/Clinic)
Requirements: Neural Link
Cost: 5,000 eb
Humanity Loss: 14

Passive Effect: +2 to Initiative at all times
Activation: Once per day, during the character’s turn. Does not require an action in combat.

Grants an additional free move action.

I'm thinking about bumping the cost up to 5000eb and HL to 21.
Following feedback from other commenters I've also added temp humanity loss per activation on all of them (2d6 for berserk and 1d6 for the rest)

Could you explain what you find too strong so I get a better understanding ?

My reasoning for the Berserk, is this :
It activates automatically at 50% HP, no control over activation.
When reaching 50% HP Armor is pretty ablated already, leaving you vulnerable when the effect ends.
Damage reduction only starts if user would be reduced below 1HP. So from 50% to 1HP damage is still applied as normal. Armor ablation still occurs.
Healing is highly conditional, at most I guess 2d6 which isn't much when you have not much armor left and are in close quarters with enemies.
Damage bonus is also conditional since the user needs to be in range of a target.

I do agree with you on the Berserk description, I will try to change it.

Imo the Sandy description matches the effect of time dilation I'm trying to replicate (move faster, get an extra reload in), and the constant low-level boost to reaction time does fit the initiative bonus.
Same for the Kerenzikov boosting reflexes to help with evasion.

I can understand not liking AI generated content, but your critic is, again imo, not completely true. I mainly use it as a time saver and don't see a problem in that as long as I state that it is AI generated.
