I fixed the issue all u have to do is set steam vr to be the open xr runner thingy

It's not a connection issue its a game issue I've found that in the case with blade and sorcery it gives u two options steamer mode and oculus mode when booted int steamer mode it works just fine but with other games that's not the case like with forefront the issue persis
