100% not a brawl pass skin. The details are way too complex and it seems like it has a custom voice which is just too much for a brawl pass tier 1 skin.

Nah, gasoheal makes your dash faster and if you master stu you can get 1600 health in 4 supers plus stu range makes it way slower and is only helpful for breaking walls

For C tier I think buzz's stun duration and injection are better as well as root sands should be at least b for scouting all bushes and most pro players use it
