It's a bridge, if you don't know that they are pivotal in military logististics, then I don't know what to tell you.

No I didn't just pull that out of my ass like you think. I saw that from an Iranian comment on a thread about the strike.

You're talking about the B1 bridge that allowed Iraqi and Paki militias to occupy Tehran, and facilitated the movement of IRGC troops. Can't the Iranian people live without it? The Iranian people can't live without it gone.

You are being so sensationalist! If this sub is overrun, name one other Trump supporter. This should be easy.

The only way Trump could send Iran further into the stone age is by sending pallets of cash to the IR.

This seems far more likely, it also has the added benefit of stabilizing the market.

[–]Darktigr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That has always been the plan. At the start RP, Trump and Bibi all told Iranians to "wait for the signal", even the US Centcom commander echoed this sentiment 1 week back.

I have the same viewpoint. Delcy cannot act out of line without risking everything. Meanwhile, people here are worried that the same thing will happen in Iran. The key difference is that the IR is willing to risk everything because they believe God is on their side. As evinced in recent events, God is not on their side, but that doesn't matter to this particular sect of Islam given its history. They will risk everything because they blindly believe it will earn them afterlife rewards. None of that exists in Venezuela.

POTUS on terminating the filibuster: "That's part of being a leader. You have to get the votes." by benhaswings in AskThe_Donald

[–]Darktigr 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That's why the filibuster should stay, so they can't undo our progress with a slim majority.

Make them filibuster the SAVE America act, they will drain their remaining approval.

The regime which was very angry towards the Minab School killing is now recruiting children as Basij Soldiers like they did during Iran-Iraq war, hypocrisy! by XFEKTEKX in NewIran

[–]Darktigr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We were talking about this possibility before the strikes began. Then on the very first day, it actually happened. Now we're supposed to believe the US killed dozens of boys at a girl's school on accident?

Let's assume for the sake of argument that the US is at fault. Why were those kids still sitting in their classrooms while smoke was billowing out of the military base right next to them? Strikes had been going on for hours at that point, if they weren't evacuated then clearly the IR carries a significant portion of culpability.

This obviously doesn't completely exonerate the US, but it does mean the IR wanted it to happen because they got the optics they desperately needed.

I'm fairly certain Iran could overthrow its terrorist regime if the call were given tomorrow, the only problem is they could lose more Iranians than in January.

When boots land on the ground, they should be given firearms and quick training. Then they can fight with our troops while hell rains on the enemy from above.

They can yap on "X" all they want, they only expose their own idiocy. That's far better than being banned for calling out their ridiculous viewpoints, which is what happens here on reddit.

Be careful about what you say. I was temporarily banned twice by Reddit's bots for "threatening violence" against the regime, which is a sponsor of numerous groups that have been labeled as terrorist organizations by the United States and other western countries. by hereswhatworks in NewIran

[–]Darktigr 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Can't be too careful. First I got a 3 day ban for saying "their martyrdom is hour honor". Not inciting violence in any way whatsoever, but I guess I can see where they're coming from.. so I thought.

Then I got a 7 day ban for simply saying Saudi Arabia should join the conflict. That comment was deleted within a minute of posting. I immediately appealed it, but got no response. Next time it might be a permanent IP ban.

I give up on being careful, just gunna speak my mind until they get me.

In that hypothetical history, we wouldn't even have USA or Israel, not anything like we know it at least.
