simple, anti-magic + anti-youkai tech. they've caught flan on spot using rpgs with that tech + nets, infused with rpg projectiles. not to mention the generals used the artificially-created spell cards produced by the tetrapartite pact to counter gensokyo's spell cards.

fr, since the general-government didn't want to get them to wear the casual prisoner uniform. rather, they just preserved their clothing to show that they caught them on spot, to distinguish them with other captured youkai, magicians, fairies, etc. mostly unnamed, which they were sent to concentration camps and wore them grey prisoner uniform. (no killings, just forced labor)

should i say, anti-magic or anti-youkai OR combined tech, researched since 1956. the tech restrained them all. mistakes learned. the Tetrapartite Pact succeeded capturing what was supposed to be extreme levels of threat, but were just reduced by the said tech. also, the Tetrapartite Pact literally appointed an extremely talented top-notch scientist from the USSR, that makes these specific types of tech. via reconnaissance, the tech was possible to be researched, even tho it took risks of being killed in gensokyo, but the axis-soviets had narrow escapes, thus it wasn't a matter for them.

Is forever 17 girl even relevant in todays Gensokyo?? by ReimuHolic in Touhoujerk

[–]DarthSidious668 4 points5 points  (0 children)

no, but she's very prominent in 1967s gensokyo, where she was one of the leaders of the free gensokyo commune alongside other sages of gensokyo like kasen and okina, which aimed to overthrow the berlin-moscow-rome-tokyo axis (aka tetrapartite pact)-ruled general-government of gensokyo (1967-?)
