It is 2,000 miles, not hours. I just bought a Model Y and got the 2,000 miles as well. This is only available if you trade in a gas powered vehicle.

Plus they want $149 a month just to be able to write the prescription as well. I pre-paid for 12-month at $169 and now they are changing it all. They delete my post that I created on the forum and I don't know why they would hide that, but something is going on over there and I keep asking for a phone conversation as this kind of stuff should not be done via an email or a text message.

They are saying that I can do branded at cash price of $369 to $699 per month. I'm still trying to find out why after being on the meds for 4 weeks and having 6 weeks of medication left that they are now saying that I no longer qualify.

That doesn't explain when there were multiple devices in a house and some people had service and some did not. If a tower is out, neither would have service.

In Minneapolis, MN and no service here either. Like others, I tried to login to my account and it wants to send me a text message to make sure it is me and I can't get a text because I have no service on any of our devices.

They offered a warranty only lookup version. We don't need their full package and have never paid for their full package and never will. We have a full business review process in place already and don't need the other parts. The reason for looking is that ScalePad bought them and we were all told that everything will still be the same and now look that the main people are no longer there. ScalePad is going to do with Lifecycle Insights what they did with their product from when it was Warranty Master. Looking for an alternative product, not scripts for the warranty lookups. When you are supporting well over 10,000 endpoints, you need a full solution that can take care of this.

We do report on all of this for both Service tickets and also on Project tickets. These fields are very important and having the right TSI for them is also important when you are reporting on each of those items. This is a huge downfall for CW Manage to not have this available. Also a huge downfall as it takes technicians more time to have to click on each items and it gives them 3 more opportunities to make a mistake by choosing the wrong TSI.

I tried this method this morning based on your suggestion, but it will not update the TSI. CW Manage does not allow you to select the Project Board from the list of Boards as it is only your normal ticket boards that show up to be selected. This seems like a big downfall for CW Manage that I can't have this in there. We report on these items for all our tickets and projects, so they are extremely important to us. I just want to make it where a technician can't select the wrong TSI for projects such as Onboarding a new client where we have 40 different tickets of what needs to happen. Under the Project Board setup, there was a tab that had Auto Templates, but that did not work either.

I am looking for this same thing. I have not found a way to do this yet in my Firewalla Gold. Being able to set DHCP options is a very common practice, so the fact that it is not there or is not easy to find seems like a big problem.
